Malmin Dental is a chain of private Dental clinics based primarily in and around the City of London. Alongside Dental care, they also offer a wide range of cosmetic services for their patients.

As of late, they have been enjoying a lot of success, having won the 2018 Private Dentistry Award for Best Practice Design & Branding. In addition, they have also been enjoying great financial success and have been opening up clinics across the UK.
As part of their pre-existing sales strategy, Malmin Dental host an open day whereby potential customers are given information and insights into Malmin dental’s Invisalign offerings. It may be useful to note that Invisalign happens to be one of Malmin Dental’s most popular products. On this occasion, Malmin Dental was looking to launch a London-wide campaign online in order to generate more leads to convert by promoting their most popular products and services online across various social media platforms.
As part of efforts to engage and generate more leads, Malmin Dental brought me on board to produce a corporate video for general promotion and an informational video in order to educate and explain Invisalign to the average customer.
The initial steps of this project involved recognising how best to go about visually articulating the facts about invisalign treatment at Malmin Dental. In agreement with Key decision makers at the Farringdon and Barbican clinics, it was deemed most wise for us to document and film with Dr. Melanie Castelhano at the Farringdon clinic as she has an extensive background in the area and was considered by her peers as being a foremost authority on the topic of Invisalaign within the organisation overall.
Alongside this, my other responsibilities as a Marketing Consultant on this project was also to help form a story in order to give our message a coherency. In order to do this, my contribution initially consisted of ideation, documentation, and ultimately putting our ideas into production.
We had arranged a day for filming and after both myself and Dr. Melanie had reviewed the storyboard for the video we then set about filming. Our corporate video primarily included information explaining what Invisalign was and any common questions that customers may have. We also included 2 testimonials of patients who have successfully undergone the procedure and included a section at the end which provided insight as to what can be expected upon completion of the treatment overall.
